*Mindfulness Yoga: A gentle yoga practice infused with the wisdom of mindfulness.  Moving slowly with conscious breathing, we'll release tensions in the body and prepare for deep relaxation and meditation.  Suitable for all levels, Mindfulness Yoga energizes the body and awakens compassion, calmness and joy.
