Cradle your Inner Child ~ Prenatal Yoga

Sundays beginning March 4th,  9:00 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.

In this class for expecting Moms, we will explore gentle movement to strengthen and open the body, and practice breathing exercises to increase calm and focus.  We use props to properly align the body and support deep relaxation for you and your baby.  Learn techniques to relieve stress, fatigue, nausea, heartburn and other common conditions during pregnancy.  Yoga is helpful in assisting a Mother throughout her pregnancy.  It opens the body, relieves tension and prepares the mother for her birth.  This class is open to all pregnant women.  Be sure to check with your midwife or health care provider before attending class.

About Lindsay: Lindsay is completing her 500 hr YTT through Finding Inner Peace Yoga School where she has concentrated her studies on Prenatal Yoga.  She is beginning an apprenticeship with a local home birth midwife and excited to apply everything that she learns about labor support to her Prenatal Classes.  She loves to use props in her classes and they are especially suited to Prenatal Yoga.  Some of her prenatal students say that she spoils them in class!  She gives her full attention to you and your baby.  Join Lindsay every week for this special Prenatal Class.
